Unique Embedded Tagging: Proton implements a unique embedded tagging approach, which embeds Proton identifiers, enabling efficient on document tagging, quality check and creation of XBRL documents.
Automatic Data Extraction: The generation of XBRL documents is modelled in a manner that the user does not have to type in any fact values in the application. The values are extracted from the input document so as to avoid possibility of any errors that could be introduced by manually keying in the numbers.
User-friendly interface to tag facts in the document: The 'On Document' tagging feature allows the user to seamlessly tag facts and text blocks that are scattered across the document.
Tuple Tagging Feature: The tuple tagging feature in Proton allows the user to tag tuples in a simple grid format, without having to worry about manually forming groups for each tuple item.
Efficient Navigation to the loaded taxonomy: User can view the element hierarchy and properties in one view with the ability to switch between taxonomies and various linkbases across taxonomies.
List View: IRIS Proton enables the end-user to get a summary list view that enables the user to search / filter the tags / values making QC checks a breeze.
Advanced Validator: IRIS Proton ensures accuracy by using an in-built advanced validator and all XBRL 2.1, FRIS and FRTA validation checks that validate the tagging in process while warning user of any possible warnings or errors that might occur in the XBRL documents generated.
Reports: IRIS Proton can summarize the document being tagged with reports that display / highlight facts that have been tagged completely / partially or are left untagged. Proton can also provide reports on changes that have been made to the extension taxonomy loaded.
